Mature German Shepherd dog, admittedly a “shedder,” like most Shepherds. Not enough towels, bathroom doors fail to close/latch, dog was able to access the bedroom & jumped on the bed. Shocking. Part of our fee is obviously cleaning.We swept the cottage, followed all stated/posted protocols to close up our one night stay.Contacted by owners hours after check out claiming dog hair was so bad, have to charge an extra 250 cleaning fee. Clear money grab on my credit card.
