The porch boards on one side sink when you walk, bowed ceilings, the shower is so small there is no way a larger person could fit in there. Im 5'4" and i could barely lift my legs in there to shave them. I sent a text to the person that oversees it to see if we could leave a day early because of the condition, but received no response. We do most stay at low end places when we go away, but nothing compares to this one. We didnt expect alot, but this was aweful!! Location is great to walk the strip, and the bar next door with bands playing you can hear from cottage and enjoy, but does play later into the night. Didn’t keep us up though. Had everything we needed. Definitely a tight shower. Only complaints were the pillows could be newer and/or cleaner. Screens on porch falling in places. And windows all seem to be unable to open except kitchen window which unfortunately would no longer lock and could be opened easily from outside. Messaged owner and there was quick reply to let his maintenance team fix that, just wasn’t during our quick stay. With that being said, area feels completely safe and wasn’t really concerned but just would be nice to fully lock the cottage when not there.
