One if by land indeed Paul. Now that I have your attention, and with all joking aside, this home is spectacular, particularly for large groups. From the beautiful craftsmanship of the home itself, to the wonderful hospitality displayed by our incredibly helpful hosts, this was the perfect vacation rental for our large and quite honestly one of the best renting experiences I have ever had. They are very easily reached and responsive. A/C worked well - we were there during some hot days - and the WiFi was good. There are restaurants a few blocks away (mostly take out these days, but a few sit down restaurants that looked like they were taking safety precautions), a Wegman's a 5 minute drive away, and a quick walk to the lake. There's swimming off a dock a short walk away, but it's a popular hangout for local high school kids - not necessarily a problem but good to know. Great hiking nearby and close to wineries. There's free street parking - we were able to park right in front of the house the whole time we were there (it may be more restrictive in the winter). We had tons of room for 5 people; you could easily have a few families stay together and still have plenty of room. I highly recommend 58 Park and would return. ##### Melanie N.
