Our room has a noisy aircon hope the hotel to conduct regular maintenance of their aircon units. The hotel can also improve on the free breakfast menu.

3rd stay at Microtel
Been 4 years since last stay at Microtel and was a little disappointed this time. Place seemed to be looking tired and a need of refresh.  Room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Shower pressure fluctuates with one minute good pressure and then a dribble.  The breakfast was nothing to get excited about either.  Staff were always friendly and helpful.  One redeeming feature is the location being close to numerous food outlets including McDonald's, Chow King and 5 min walk to SM mall. Overall stay was pleasant but will probably not return.

The staff are friendly and nice but need more training. Breakfast is served at 6 a.m. but won't start at 6:10 or 6:15 a.m. Not enough time for us to meet our 6:30 a.m. van pick up time every morning.

overall, our stay was excellent. the only glitch was the problem with the keycard upon check in. the card wont turn the power on & it had to be replaced. the room was clean and spacious and i say had a lot of amenities to enjoy. my husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay.

Asked staff several times to fix wifi coverage in room on ground floor. No luck. Got one bar and sometimes none. Also login process was sluggish.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Our Internet Service Provider allocate 2MB per device for guests wi-fi. This comfortably allow our guests to access their email, facebook and other social media platforms with ease. However, guests may encounter difficulty when accessing live-streaming, youtube, torrent, and downloading movies that demand a stronger internet connection. Rest assured that our efforts to provide guest comfort is our number 1 priority.

Very secure hotel, good location and good price.
Very secure hotel in secure grounds with security staff, good room safe as well. Room and bathroom fine. Breakfast reasonable. Aircon in room noisy. Good location. Restaurants just outside the hotel front entrance, also malls close. Good price. Will definitely stay here again.

A good place to stay
We really like the hotel, it's convenient location for our purposes. We were comfortable and well taken care of! We only had a little disturbance with some other guests being quite loud in the hallway around 9:00 or after one evening, talking loudly, banging doors, etc. we were on the floor with the conference room and perhaps that was a factor, but we will stay here again!

Very conveniently located close to SM mall, major hospitals , a great arcade with restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe and central area. The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel. So it’s a good value for money ratio in the end. Surely one of the best hotels in GenSan

In fact a nice hotel!
Try this nice hotel. Big, clean and comfortable rooms and an attractive room rate. Only one thing surprised. Even if I was told when booking thd room, we could pay for breakfast next morning, it was not possible. We needed to go out to find it outside the hotel. Why? Also a problem with the door key, which didn't turn on the power in the room. But both times an employee helped us with a smile :) I'll come again, if they promise me to serve a nice morning buffet!

sauberes Hotel ohne Komfort
Zimmer sehr spartanisch, kein Mineralwasser in Flaschen ( nur auf dem Flur ein großer Wassbehälter für alle ),kein Wasserkocher , Klimaanlage laut und leistungschwach. Das Hotel hat keinen Swimmingpool, keinen Garten, keinen Gym, keinen Stuhl oder Bank um sich mal draußen hinzusetzen. Flughafen - shuttle wird angeboten, aber nur gegen Bezahlung zu 400 p. Da nimmt man besser ein Taxi zum Festpreis von 350 p.

モールに近く便利なホテル
表通りに面しているが、建物は奥まっているので凄く静かなホテル。 セキュリティはホテルの内外の巡回など、丁寧で物凄く安心できた。
