The property itself is superb. The location is perfect for those who love to surf because the surfing spot is just a minute walk. I love walking around the property because of its cleanliness. If you really want to relax, I highly recommend this place. The only disappointing about my stay - the staff in the restaurant. I stayed here on non peak days so there aren't too many guests. Some days, it's just my partner and I dining at the restaurant. I don't really mind that they are dancing to maybe kill time or singing on top of their lungs but please, prioritise your guests. They are not friendly, doesn't smile when approaching guests. They need a bit of training in customer service. One night, we decided to have dinner on the garden side of the restaurant. Suddenly it started raining so my partner and I hurriedly went inside to save our food from the rain. No one from the staff helped us. They were just watching us run back and forth to bring all our plates inside the restaurant. There were like 5-8 of them just sitting on the couch, chatting and using their phones. I have no problem with the other staff. The ones at the reception are friendly and helpful. To the management, please do some actions about this. Especially that you have guests from around the world. that kind of attitude from staff is very unsatisfactory for the overall performance/rating of the hotel.
