« We really enjoyed our stay at Intercourse Villa! The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, it was even prettier in person than in the pictures. It was the perfect size for our 2 small families. It was a perfect location to go to Cherry Crest Adventure Farm & Dutch Wonderland with the kids. « Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. »

« I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. « This was an incredibly immaculate home well loved and cared for. Every detail is considered and decorated with beautiful taste. It was large and wonderful for my family. We were out and about most of the time so we did not spend much time in the home except to sleep. The home is located conveniently to it all. There is a bit of road noise and they provide sound machines in every room which is well thought out. Our family felt very comfortable and safe in this lovely home. »

The back yard was amazing and great for the kids to run around. The back patio was beautiful and we grilled hot dogs, and made smores over the firepit.
