Summary: Welcome to our bright and welcoming home in central Geelong perfect for up to 6 guests. Boasting old-world charm with modern features, it has an open plan living, dining and kitchen space, full bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, private courtyard, garage access plus heating and cooling for year round comfort. The best part? Be at Kardinia Park / GMHBA Stadium, Geelong Waterfront, Barwon River and nearby restaurants and cafes in minutes! The Space: Situated within walking distance to Geelong's main attractions you can't go past this home for your next getaway. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the house has 2 comfy queen bedrooms (with split system air conditioners) and a third bedroom with 2 single beds — great for families, couples, small groups of friends or workers. The bedrooms all have high ceilings, ornate detailing and plenty of storage. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is filled with natural light and plenty of space for you to settle in. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you might need (large fridge, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, pod coffee machine and more).
