Gearhart House guests have access to an indoor heated pool, hot tub and exercise room G665 is a pet friendly one bedroom on the 3rd floor of Gearhart House. As you enter the unit, the outside world peels away and the ocean meets you immediately. The view is great from sunrise thru sunset from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and corner deck with an expansive view that is unique in the Gearhart House. Lounge and relax on the sleeper sofa where you can see the waves crashing and hear the sounds of the ocean. Or, invite your friends over to watch a game on the large TV with ample seating for all. Wonderfully updated unit with new modern furniture, artwork, lighting and new flooring. The main bedroom has a king bed and wonderfully cozy bedding with a flat screen TV. The owners of the unit love the ocean and have decorated with modern marine, nature, and travel art. Great unit for a solo relaxing visit or a visit with a group of friends looking to gather and have fun. This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. The problem was the smell. The moment you walked into the condo, the odor of wet dog was overwhelming. All the bedding, including all the pillows in the place, the couch and rugs needed to be cleaned. About a 10 minute drive to seaside with lots of shopping, beach access and good restaurants. And only 20 minutes to cannon beach with more beach access, shopping and food. The condo was clean, comfortable bed and had a fantastic view of the ocean. You could see clear down to Seaside and the promenade all lit up at night. Positives - The View is amazing!!! - The Bed is comfy - Parkings is great, and the access to the beach is wonderful. about a 3 to 5 min walk - Decent water pressure in the shower, extra towels - A good amount of pots and pans - Sofa is comfy - Complex fairly quiet The opportuntities - Check in, room was not ready at the 4pm check in time - There were no instructions for the TV and fireplace, so didn't use - The appliances are a little old, and the dishwasher didn't seem to clean that well.
