The apartment is located on Starowiejska Street in Gdańsk, in the modern ‘Nowa Letnica’ housing estate. It is a comfortable space with an area of 35 m², ideal for up to 4 people. The property offers easy, self-check-in and check-out, and features air conditioning, fast WiFi, Smart TV and a comfortable place to work remotely. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony, which is a perfect space to relax. The estate has a playground and an outdoor gym, making it a friendly place for both families and active people. The apartment has a parking space, and a VAT invoice can be issued on request. An additional advantage is the proximity of Polsat Plus Arena – only 1 km from the property.  
  
The Space:  
The apartment is located on the 12th floor of the building and can accommodate 4 people - an ideal option for families or friends traveling together. The highly functional 35 m² space consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV function, is the perfect place to relax. There is also a balcony with garden furniture, where guests can enjoy a sip of morning coffee or relax after a day of sightseeing. From here you have a view of the estate's surroundings, and you can see the sea in the isthmus between the blocks. The separate bedroom is decorated in a stylish color scheme and offers two single beds combined into a double bed and a large, capacious closet. The apartment has access to high-speed free Wifi, as well as a desk with a chair, so guests working remotely will be able to take care of business duties in comfort. A wide range of amenities and comprehensive furnishings of the apartment with necessary kitchen and bathroom accessories and equipment guarantee a comfortable stay. Guests are welcomed with a special set of complimentary toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens.
