The Neighborhood:  
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building of a new development on Przemyska Street in Gdansk. The location of the building in the Gdansk district of Ujeścisko provides comfortable accommodation at a distance of about 5 km from the city center. The proximity of nature and green areas is an unquestionable advantage of the area, at the same time the location provides easy access to all amenities of life in a big city. Located less than 1.5 km from the apartment, the Wilanowski Jar creates an intimate atmosphere where you can breathe away from the hustle and bustle of the city - walking areas, playgrounds and outdoor gyms make it a great place for active outdoor recreation for the whole family. It is also worth going to the Kozacza Mountain observation tower, which is located 1 km from the facility. The surrounding area of the property provides many retail and service outlets to meet all daily needs (Żabka store is located only 3 minutes from the apartment). Numerous streetcar and bus stops provide a seamless connection with other parts of the city. Right next to the apartment is the stop "Plocka", from which by public transport you can reach the center of Gdansk in about 20 minutes.
