The Space:  
The apartment, located on the third floor of a modern building at 9 Nasypowa Street in Gdynia, is an excellent choice for families with children, groups of friends or couples looking for a comfortable place to relax by the sea. The space has been designed with comfort and functionality in mind - there are two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood.  
The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the second bedroom offers a bunk bed - the possibility of sleeping only on the upper level. In the living room there is a fold-out corner sofa bed, which can serve as an additional sleeping place. The kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, such as an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and capsule coffee maker - everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer. Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with cable channels. The apartment does not have an elevator, but provides wide passageways. There is a playground in the estate, and stores and services nearby. The apartment comes with two above-ground parking spaces, which is a great advantage for motorized guests.

Just a few minutes away by car is the Port of Gdynia, as well as the Gdynia Główna railroad station, which makes this place attractive also for those traveling by public transport. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are grocery stores, service outlets and a playground, making the location convenient for families with children. Green and recreational areas are also available in close proximity, ideal for walking or active recreation. The building in which the apartment is located is a modern, low-rise building, characterized by aesthetic architecture and functional spatial layout. Despite the lack of an elevator, wide passageways and a well-thought-out layout of the staircase ensure comfortable access to the premises. Thanks to its location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet in a well-connected part of Gdynia, the apartment is an excellent base for both tourists and business travelers.
