This unique 62 m2 apartment has been designed with attention to every detail, combining modern style with functionality. The interiors are decorated in bright, neutral colors that promote relaxation and give the space elegance. The spacious living room with kitchenette is equipped with a fold-out beige corner sofa, which serves as both a comfortable relaxation area and an additional place to sleep. The lounge area has a TV with cable TV and a Smart TV function, allowing you to use streaming platforms and online entertainment. The kitchenette offers full equipment, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave and capsule coffee machine. The table with comfortable chairs is an ideal place for both everyday meals and longer meetings at a shared table. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, the first of which is equipped with a large double bed with a soft headboard and atmospheric lighting, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The second bedroom is decorated in a minimalist style and equipped with a gray sofa and a desk with a chair, which allows for comfortable rest and creates a space for studying or working. Guests have two bathrooms at their disposal, the main one with a spacious shower and a washer-dryer, as well as a separate toilet finished in a modern style. The whole creates a functional and comfortable space ideal for living, working and relaxing.

The flat is a part of the new housing estate in close proximity to the Gdansk Bay, a sandy beach and green areas - a 20-minute walk will let you admire the beautiful green areas of Park Brzeźnieński and immerse yourself in the seaside atmosphere on the beach in Brzeźno. The location is characterised by convenient connection with the central part of the city and easy access to Tri-City attractions. Letnica is one of the most dynamically developing districts of Gdańsk. Its excellent communication with the city centre is provided by the close proximity of road arteries - Zielona Droga and the Tunnel under Martwa Wisła. The Energa Stadium, less than 2 km away, as a venue for many cultural, entertainment and show events, allows you to participate in many events. There is a private car park next to the building.
