The Space:  
The apartment with a balcony of over 47 m² has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It is both ideal for a family trip and for a couple of friends! The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The spacious living area has a comfortable double sofa bed for sleeping, and the bedroom has a double bed. Fully equipped, the tasteful apartment ensures a comfortable stay, thanks to its numerous amenities. Multimedia include a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. A bedroom equipped with a desk and chair provides a place to work remotely or study. The apartment is also equipped with basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hair dryer. A complimentary toiletries, towels and linens are provided for a good start to each stay. The apartment is pet-friendly, so guests traveling with pets are also welcome. The property is distinguished by its bright, modern decor, aesthetics and functionality. There is a cozy, homely aura.

The Neighborhood:  
An atmospheric apartment located in Gdynia's Redlowo district, in a very convenient location on Legionów Street. The building has a reception and a gym available for guests, and outside there is a playground for children. There are also numerous stores in the building, i.e. Biedronka, Żabka, pharmacy, pet store, car rental and rehabilitation.  
The apartment is located in close proximity to the Experyment Science Center (600 meters) and the Gdynia Arena Stadium (1.5 km). At a distance of 2.5 kilometers lies the Garden of Lights in Gdynia - a fairy-tale light exhibition. The surrounding area of the property is a combination of life in a modern city with peace and quiet. The location combines the advantages of the metropolis with the advantages of nature - a huge oasis of greenery created by Kępa Redłowska, located about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. One of the biggest attractions of Redłowo is the cliff - the steep sea shore of Kępa Redłowska (2.2 km from the property). Greatly developed road infrastructure facilitates quick access to the center of Gdynia, as well as Gdańsk and Sopot.
