This cosy studio for two people, located on Helska Street in Sopot, is the perfect place to relax by the sea – it is only an 8-minute walk from the beach. The attractive location offers access to numerous tourist attractions, such as a water park and tennis courts. Guests can relax on the furnished veranda with a dining area and also have access to a coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator and a set of towels, bed linen and toiletries. The studio accepts pets, provides outdoor parking, and express self-check-in and the option of issuing a VAT invoice guarantee a comfortable stay.  
  
Relax by the Baltic Sea and discover the charms of Sopot while living comfortably right by the beach!  
  
The Space:  
This functional and comfortable studio is located on the first floor of the building. It is designed for two people and features a furnished veranda where guests can find a table and chairs. This cozy and practical dining space is the perfect place to enjoy meals and snacks, or drink your morning coffee in a pleasant atmosphere. The decor of the veranda is dominated by warm shades of beige, brown and gray, while the interior of the apartment is decorated in subdued and elegant colors such as navy blue and white. The living area of the studio has to offer guests a double sofa bed, a dining table with two chairs, a coffee table, as well as a television where you can relax in the evening while watching your favorite programs on terrestrial channels. A roomy closet is also available here, allowing you to comfortably store your brought belongings. Meals can be prepared in the kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob and electric kettle. In the bathroom, visitors can find a welcome toiletries set, towels, a shower and a hairdryer. The common area houses a vacuum cleaner and an iron along with an ironing board.

The building is located in a vibrant and tourist-filled seaside area, which is a great place to relax for parents traveling with children, couples, as well as groups of friends planning a leisure trip together. Motorized guests can use an outdoor parking space located on the property. The property is located just an 8-minute walk from the beach, making it a great choice for waterfront relaxation enthusiasts. In only 4 minutes you can reach the indoor swimming pool on foot, and 5 minutes is enough to reach the water park and bowling alley by car. Only a 3-minute walk away from the building are the tennis courts, which allows lovers of active recreation to organize their leisure time in a varied way. Parents with little ones can find a children's play space within a six-minute walk. The charming pier can be reached in 11 minutes, while the car route to the town square with its beautiful architecture takes 9 minutes. The shopping center, meanwhile, can be reached in three minutes. The nearest grocery store can be reached in just 2 minutes, as can a nearby cafe. There is also no shortage of restaurants in the area, so visitors can have a nice time with delicious and varied dishes. Those who love to relax outdoors can visit the surrounding extensive green areas, where numerous cultural and entertainment events are organized. It takes 9 minutes to get to the railway station, and half an hour to get to the airport.
