"The friendliness of the majority of staff. The front desk was very helpful. The rooms were very clean along with daily cleaning. The dining had a variety of food that was very good this included the buffet for breakfast and dinner as well as a la carte dining. The waiters and waitresses were personable with excellent service. The only issue in our room was the air conditioner that took awhile to resolve. Otherwise a great experience."

"My son and daughter and I had an amazing stay here. The hotel might be old but it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were looked after brilliantly and treated like family rather than guests. We could easily walk to a range of really good bars and restaurants and there is a massive supermarket five minutes walk away. Loved it."

"From airport to the property it’s about 20mins and costs about 30 euros. The property is nice in the sense that it’s away from Heraklion which is very busy, but still close enough to walk to the city (took my wife and I 40 mins while stopping at places along the way). The property is a lot smaller than what was shown in the pictures but nice if you just looking for a place to stay and don’t care about luxury. It’s a 2 min walk to the beach and has a grocery store 1 min away, couple good...

"Such a welcome! The people running this hotel are very friendly. I visited end of October with my 10y daughter. She could play in the kids club twice a day (except Wednesday) and has a little kids disco in the evening. There isn’t much to do in the resort so this is a ‘quiet, relaxing holiday’ the beach area behind the hotel was lovely. If you want any ‘life’ Heraklion is 15min cab away for €14 with lots of shops and restaurants. I loved this holiday. "
