"UGH!!! Note:I have already reported ALL of these issues to Emma Villas without a satisfactory resolution, I asked for some credit minimally, for the poor house condition, my time and the extraordinary inconvenience. I spent hours communicating with their team on the many problems. Firstly, the welcome email on Thurs included the wrong "contact" for our arrival, that created GREAT stress initially as I thought the property was not available until the next day and I had a family of 6 to house....
