"Hotel was very expensive for what it provided. The room was average, and that was the high point. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The hot tub was barely warm. The breakfast, although showing hot food chafing dishes in the pictures, was ONLY wrapped Danish, yogurt, cereal, and packets of instant oatmeal. Didn't even have juice! The TV had no guide (and no pamphlet indicating the channels), so searching up and down like 40yrs ago was the only option. The hallways smelled incredibly of cleaning solution and laundry. Not disgusting, but unpleasant and overwhelming. Finally, the walls and ceilings were incredibly thin and we could hear everything all around us at all hours. Quite disappointed, I would not recommend. "
"Room was not equipped with trash bags for trash. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, there was an overwhelming musty, mold like smell like there had been a leak somewhere and the rugs were not properly cared for after. Our room thermostat was broken and unable to hold a steady temperature making it either extremely cold or extremely hot in the bedroom part of our suite. The refrigerator did not keep our drinks cold and the TVs did not function properly. "
"Pool was great, room clean. The hotel had an overwhelming smell of pot. I was there for a cheer comp as many parents and kids were. We stayed two nights. The entire hotel smelled very strong of weed. Throughout our entire time. We were in and out of the hotel various times of the day and night and it stunk. Don’t think we will be back"
"Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. "
