Well furnished, very clean, and comfortable beds including the sleeper sofa. Lots of room for 4 adults to relax after a day of exploring. The house is conveniently located, just a short drive to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the view was beautiful especially from the upper deck.
