3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. 3 queen size beds and 3 pull out couches. Sleeps 12 people. Two balconies with views of the mountains.Spa and restaurant on the property. 12 indoor water park tickets included. Two outdoor pools and hot tubs. Beautiful view of the mountains from any room. Just minutes from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Mini golf and zip line course on property. Interiors may vary due to remodeling. The combination will sleep 12. It is great for large families or family and friends. The 3 bedroom unit can be separated by doors into 3 bedrooms, living room, washer/dryer, and individual entrance doors.The resort is located in the 70 acre Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort and Spa. The resort includes a restaurant, small market, shuttle service on-site, spa and fitness room. A separate feature on-site is the indoor Wild Bear Falls Water Park. The indoor water park is a great activity for any inclement days. Shuttle buses go into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge so that you don't have to deal with parking in town. There is a mid-week service for linens. Weather permitting, there are hiking trails and other areas of interest
