"I liked it because it was on the edge of town, away from all the traffic. Staff was very polite and nice to chat with. The only thing I missed was the limited hdmi ports available in the rooms. Breakfast was good, but wish it could have been mixed up a bit - bacon instead of sausage every day, etc."

"Our balcony faced the golf course. The scenery was beautiful, the condo was spotless, and the atmosphere delightful!"

"We love The Wilderness!! This was our youngest Grandsons first time here & he loves it!! The Resort is clean & well maintained. Only negative i have is there was no dinner option for the Stone Hill Lodge just grab & go option. We wanted a sit down dinner since it was raining and didnt want to go out but due to staffing shortage the restaurant was closed. We had no choice but to go out."

"If you want to stay close to the strip....this is the place to stay. Short walk to everyting Gatlinburg has to offer. The hotel is clean and quiet. Even had a bear come visit last nite. 2 pools and a couple fire pits to socialize. Rooms are big and clean. They have mini friges and microwaves. Water pressure needs to be better. That is really the only complaint I can come up with. It was our 2nd stay this year there and we will be back."

"This was a beautiful place and so relaxing had the creek outside the balcony and yes its a bit outdated but the staff was wonderful! The location is perfect for being in town just a trip down the hill and you are right at ole reds! We will definitely stay here again when we are in town! "
