This property should notify their ongoing renovations. This would have made us think twice. The elevator is out of service and after a 12 hour drive with two little ones, the last thing 2 exhausted parents shoukd worry about is taking flights of stairs with a bunch of luggage. The pool needs attention as it smells heavily of chemicals and there is a disgusting film on top of the water. Front staff was accomodating when we showed photos of black mold in our shower. Had us move rooms but definitely wont be returning.

Good for a single night. The whole bottom floor smells like mold, the pool especially- very humid and mildewy. Shower head sucked but room was overall clean. Walls are VERY thin, and the dining room has no high chairs (heads up for parents). Staff was friendly, just wish it wasn’t so stinky.

This was a nice hotel close to the Titanic Museum and Wax Museum. Breakfast was good and they changed it up some each day.

One of my favorite motels
Nice clean motel, easy check in. Only a small complaint and I know it was a holiday weekend. But we layed our used linen out by door like other guest did , but they never restocked it. So I had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Which they were very nice and got them for me. The black gentleman at front desk when I checked in and out gives great customer service with a smile and personable. Sorry I didn't get his name.

Perfect stay!
We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely perfect. Usually with tubs like that I’m a bit skeptical of how well they’re cleaned. The tub was spotless, even did a test fill and ran the jets just to make sure and still perfectly clean! It was so nice having a soak at the end of a long day of walking around with a toddler! He loved the tub too! The hotel as whole could probably use some cosmetic upgrades but I really appreciated the fact that it was so clean and the staff were so pleasant! This will be our go-to hotel for future visits!

For me---I walk with a cane. This place is L O N G........In other words, the hallways go on forever. With only one elevator to use. It's just too much for folks who have issues with walking long distances. Why they didn't figure in two elevators is beyond me.

Definitely not what were expecting
This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. The first time we didn’t really have any issues. This time we ran into a few problems. We booked the Studio Suite on Hotels.com pictures depict a jacuzzi in the hot tub but unfortunately that wasn’t what we got. When I asked the front desk, they said they only had 3 suites with jacuzzis in them and they don’t know why their listing on hotels.com was wrong. There was clearly a space for one. Very disappointed. Also, our room was very outdated and the electrical outlets were AWFUL. Only a half of them worked. The plugs fell out of them and they took forever to charge… probably need to fix that.

We really enjoyed staying here for several. Good location and parking. Room was clean, bed comfortable with microwave, refrigerator, etc. Breakfast was great. Nice selection with hot food. Nice dining area and very clean. Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful in telling you about dining options and places to see. Wifi could be better.
