Very quiet and convenient to everything. It was very clean and the maid service does a fantastic job! The bed was a bit uncomfortable but everything else was great!

A Very Pleasent Stay....
I would highly recommend Norma Dan's as a Pleasent Budget Friendly place to stay in Pigeon Forge. It is a great little piece of Smokey Mountain history. Although alittle outdated, it is a wonderfully maintained property run by people that make you feel like family! Any reasonable request or question is met and/or answered with a smile! I will definitely be returning there in the future!

This is not a 5 star hotel. But was great for our purposes. Clean well maintained, The rooms werewarm clean an perfetly adequate. No complaints at all.

We stayed a week, the front desk ladies were wonderful, so was the cleaning ladies. They cleaned our room everyday, which was rare because most places clean only every few days, if you need towels you would have to ask for more. What we didn't care for was the very old carpets everywhere, the shower heads missing the middle of the spray, the noisey people upstairs when they took a shower you sure knew it, the very low toilets, hard to get up, beds too soft, overall it just needs a facelift. I gave it a C

I hate that you didn't have a wonderful experience. You had requested ground floor and occasionally the people above can unfortunately get a little noisy. I wish you had mentioned to the front desk about the shower and beds, we could have replaced the shower head which will be done tomorrow now that we are aware and the beds are BeautyRest pillow tops used less that 18 months so I will have it checked to make sure there isn't anything wrong with the mattress or boxsprings. Thank you for letting us know. If the guest don't make us aware we can't fix them and housekeeping would not have any way of knowing some of these things. Have a Happy Thanksgiving and we hope to see you again soon!

Would absolutely stay here again.
This is honestly one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a while. The two biggest things I always look at in hotels are cleanliness and friendliness/professionalism of the staff. This motel checked off both of those boxes well. It felt family owned and operated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They even let us check in a little early and allowed us to wait in the lobby while they finished getting the room ready. The rooms were a little dated, and the shower handle was hard to use. However, the rooms were well maintained and clean. The beds and pillows left a little to be desired, but that is most hotels. They did serve a variety of things at breakfast, which was nice. Their little snack bar in the lobby was also very convenient and had a variety of things to purchase. It definitely saved us when we went to the Smokey Mountains National Park. The hotel was right on the main strip, so there is some traffic noise, but I'm used to that. It was also very close to Dollywood and the other places we wanted to visit.
