I booked this condo for a little getaway for my husband and I. We loved it. The condo is a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, exactly what we wanted. We were only staying a couple of days, therefor we didn't want that time to be spent driving everywhere. The condo is super cute with a modern, rustic decor. Very neat and clean. Booking was so easy. The owner provided all the necessary arrival and departure information in a timely manner. The condo was missing a couch, and there were noticeable scuff marks all over the walls. Several items were missing, including bedding and pillows. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean — we found dirty socks and trash left behind, the bedding appeared unwashed, and the spare pillows in the closet were stained (one with what looked like blood) and stored on top of a dirty mop. The rugs had visible food crumbs, and there was mold present in the bathroom and shower. The room was extremely clean and very well decorated. It was a little further off the strip than we liked. We also didn’t like that the location of the complex or the unit was not giving in the description on the the website. We also had to use one remote to control the tv in the bedroom and the living room. The tv in the bedroom did not have satellite or cable, or if it did, it was not user friendly.
