The highlight of our stay was seeing all the bears come up close on the road near our cars and below the balcony! We seen a mama bear and cubs and another at the the cabin above the hill ! I sprayed a lot of Lysol to minimize the odor but would suggest replacing the carpet. The shower in the master bath was slippery. We located the shower mat under the sink however it was ripped. We used a towel on the shower floor which was fine for us, but would suggest replacing the mat. Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains are beautiful and we enjoyed celebrating my husband's birthday there. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. ##### Roseann F. Only problem we had was the bathrooms were small-which is not the host fault at all. Just keep that in mind if you have small kids that enjoy playing in the bath. Kitchen has all the utensils needed and a few basic pantry items. Beware of the narrow winding road going up to the house-tight turns and can’t always see oncoming traffic.
