It was newly built in 2018, RENOVATED and updated in 2025 and provides 3,150 spacious sq. ft. of living area. Comfort, convenience, charm, and elegance best describe this beautiful, newer vacation home with amazing, picturesque views overlooking downtown Gatlinburg and Mt. LeConte. A bright, open floor plan provides for a very spacious feel with large rooms and three master-like suites. The main-level great room boasts an abundance of large windows offering spectacular views and a 70-inch television to enjoy your favorite shows with a modern, electric fireplace. Downstairs you will find a second gathering room with a 65-inch television, two futons, and a twin bed. This two-story vacation retreat sleeps up to 11 guests with three King-size beds, one twin bed, two full-size futons, and one queen sleeper. You will find new, high-quality furniture and cable television in all the rooms For your dining experience and convenience, you will have all stainless steel appliances in the huge, inviting kitchen with a massive dining island. In the morning, you can choose either the regular or pod-style brew coffeemaker. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils plus you will have a crockpot, blender, and a (propane) gas grill. A fully screened-in expansive balcony makes for a great outdoor space and year-round enjoyment. You will be delighted to find easy, flat-covered parking and a circular driveway. If you need to work a little while vacationing, it will not be an issue with FREE Wifi! Located mountainside behind the world-famous Ripley's Aquarium, this home is located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smokies Mountain National Park, Ober Gatlinburg, Rocky Top Sports World, and Gatlinburg's newest attractions, Anakeesta and the famous Skybridge. Blake Shelton's "Ole Red" bar & restaurant is only minutes away as well and features live music and a wide variety of delicious foods. A view of the new SkyBridge is only a short walk (Tickets and bridge access are from DOWNTOWN ONLY) This 680-foot bridge is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the United States. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are only a short 10-15 minute drive. The host’s communication was excellent and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The driveway had plenty of room, which made arrival stress-free. Inside, the cabin had ample space for our group, with generous closets and pantry storage throughout. The bathrooms were spacious and made it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time. The outdoor table on the deck was our kids’ favorite spot and where we spent a lot of our time together. We couldn’t find scissors in the gorgeous spacious kitchen, but we made it work and it was a very minor thing overall. We’d happily stay here again!If planning a trip, I would not recommend walking simply due to the road conditions out of safety concerns (curves, traffic and no sidewalks - so prepare to drive ) ##### Lauren K. A short drive down the mountain to the Gatlinburg strip, Ober Mountain, and Pigeon Forge, and the most amazing view!My brother and I brought our families along to celebrate our mom's birthday. We loved having our own separate bathrooms and bedrooms with king size beds! All of the beds are comfortable (but the softest mattress is the room downstairs to the right). Both the upstairs and downstairs living rooms have plenty of seating and enough space for a pack n play. The screened porch on the 2nd floor was secure, even with a toddler running around on it. And did I mention the view? Seeing the snowy peaks and Gatlinburg below from every room, especially from the upstairs living room and kitchen, was like a dream. The large kitchen was well stocked - we cooked several meals this week. There were just enough towels, extra bedding & pillows, plenty of soaps and paper products for the week, and we were glad to have use of the laundry room. The only items we felt were missing were a few board games or books (but we got some of our own) and a rolling pin for when we made our own pasta We stayed in on the days it was snowing - the driveway is very steep, and the roads down the mountain have several hairpin turns and minimal guardrails, but the driveway seemed to be treated because the snow cleared from it within a day, and snowplows were active. We also saw a bear one night, and it tried to enter our cars, so remember to lock them! ##### Ashley H. Host was communicative, we weren’t sure what was going on with the hurricane relief in the area, but Sabrina assured us that we wouldn’t be interfering and tourism was still going strong. We loved it but for awareness… Property is up in the hillside and away from downtown - which we loved! Area is extremely hilly and driving could be a challenge especially in weather (rain/snow). Recommend entering and exiting driveway on the higher side so you do not bottom out your vehicle ##### Sara W. The drive up the mountain and the driveway itself was decently steep, but being within 10 minutes of downtown with practically no neighbors was just what we needed. The home had everything we needed to eat in and all bedrooms were spacious. If you have over 7 people, someone will have to sleep on the pull out couch. Sabrina was amazing in answering all of our questions and was very quick to respond. Recommend this property for a stay in Gatlinburg! ##### Kaylee C. We love this property. 4 people in our group this time, 6 on the last visit. All but one in our group are 80 yrs old. The walk in shower in the main floor bath is large and has grab bars. The other bedrooms/baths are downstairs and have tub/showers. Family in that room said they were slightly difficult to access due to their age. The mattresses are very comfortable. Downstairs door access is very helpful for loading/unloading cars for downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is large and is fully stocked. The couple of times I had questions, Sabrina responded quickly with answers. Oh, and by the way, this house and the views are beautiful!!! We highly recommend this property. ##### Bridgette J.
