There is a Jacuzzi/Hot tub on the deck to soak in the incredible mountain views. . LIVING ROOM with leather furnishings, a beautiful gas fireplace. Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the home only recording audio and video. No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime. No smoking is permitted in the cabin or on the decks. Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions: Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin? Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, and pots and pans for your convenience. There are also 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 2 dish washer packs, dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments. Are there appliances and a coffee maker? Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo. Are sheets and towels provided? Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom. Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime. Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided? 2 courtesy rolls of toilet paper are provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided. Are there TVs Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features a large HD smart TV. There are cable boxes on each TV. We provide Netflix, HULU, ESPN , Disney+ through ROKU. Does the chalet have any games or activities? The cabin features a ping pong table. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. There is also a 7 person jacuzzi on the deck overlooking the mountains. What are the roads like to get to the cabin? It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide and paved. Are there bears? Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them. Is the cabin close to nearby attractions? Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and you will be less than a 8 minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the new observation bridge, the largest in North America! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Ober ski resort. Is smoking permitted? No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. Guest access The entire home is available for your stay. Guests will access the home via electronic lock code on the front door. 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge city limits. After memorial day each year our pools are open all guests. Total of 6 pools between the 3 Chalet Village Clubhouse locations. Also Tennis courts. Pools normally shuts down for the season at the end of September each year. opening back up early March. So much room to spread out. Bedrooms are spacious. Deck is awesome. Views are spectacular. Only a few minutes to the National park (literally felt like it was in the neighborhood). The drive through the cliff side neighborhood is so cool. A few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Saw lots of bears, pretty sure they visit everyday to check on the trash and see if they can get insidešŸ˜‰ Instacart delivers to the house, so it was a plus not to have to go grocery shopping. Two of the many trails we hiked stood out as a canā€™t be missedā€¦Rainbow falls and grotto falls. Do not miss Roaring Fork Motor Nature trail. It is a skinny one way road that snakes through the mountains and cliffs and is absolutely gorgeous and just a few minutes away from the cabin. Something to skipā€¦..Anakeesta. Spotless and we loved all the decorations and the amazing TVS. Hot tub was a huge win too. Perfect for our teens to have some space of their own with their own rooms and bath. Justin was so easy to communicate with, a great host! Access to the national park is so close, my husband and I were able to sneak away for early morning hikes at the park alone. Feels like you are staying in the national park. My kids enjoyed the pool and tennis courts too. You need to drive there but it's not far at all from the place. This location is very close to downtown gatlinburg strip, which my teens loved for dinner options and Starbucks :) Our favorite hikes were Clingsman Dome Hike and trails around it, Andrew's Bald, Chimney Tops, Laurel Falls and Rainbow Falls. We ventured to Dollywood again because my kids love rides. This year we tried something new: Whitewater Rafting in the Smokies about 30 miles away. Very cool place and a lot of fun to be out on the river. This is not a deterrent but driving on those mountain roads is tight! You are high up in the beautiful mountains so be cautious. The hot-tub overlooking the fall colored mountains was gorgeous! I cannot say enough about this view, it was exactly what we wanted. It was also the perfect location, a super quick drive to downtown Gatlinburg and very close to the national parks for hiking. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. Very clean and orderly. Plenty of blankets and pillows to go around. We wish there were more hooks for clothes in the closets and especially for towels too. We ended up ā€œdonatingā€ a cutting board because we couldnā€™t find one. Highly recommend ordering groceries for delivery from instacart from Publix. ##### Corey H. The home was exactly what our 3 families were looking for. Our beds were very comfortable and clean. The location was ideal for our plans in Cades cove and Laurel falls. Loved our fall getaway at this beautifully appointed home! Very clean place seamless check-in process and extremely helpful/responsive host. Amazing sunrise views to wake up to every day, and lots of space for my family and small kids to play inside when we were not out enjoying the mountains. We were very happy with the location, easy to get into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge when needed, but great for avoiding the crowds. We can't wait to return! ##### Sona A.
