The whole family will love King of the Mountain by Bailey Vacation Properties. Right up the hill 1 mile from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, or avoid the traffic and come in/out the back way on the Bypass when things are busy. Recently remodeled, Luxurious Castle of a Cabin with amazing views of the mountains AND downtown Gatlinburg from 3 levels of newly renovated decks will make you "King of the Mountain". Now with a new open floor plan kitchen with a view, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. The Game room has two 4k TVs, a new bar, a pool table, shuffleboard, 2 multi-arcades, Golden Tee, a Playstation 4, a game table, & a full-size refrigerator. King of the Mountain also features a new Fire pit deck with a 6 ft gas fire pit, 8 Adirondack chairs, 4 Adirondack rocking chairs, Corn Hole, ring toss, jumbo Jenga, and outdoor connect 4\. The large vaulted living and dining areas have incredible floor-to-ceiling views with lots of seating for a large family or group by a lovely stacked stone gas fireplace. The massive 75-inch 4k HD TV with Blu-ray player can be easily viewed from anywhere in the living and dining areas, or the poker table on the loft above the living area! The remodeled, spacious kitchen with Granite counters and Stainless appliances is fully stocked with everything needed to cook for your group. The kitchen area provides seating for 12 people and the dining area provides seating for 15 more. From the kitchen, dining, or living rooms, step out onto the expansive upper deck overlooking the mountain views and downtown Gatlinburg. Grill up your favorite meal on the large Weber gas grill or relax at one of the tables as you take it all in. From any of the downstairs bedrooms or game room, step out onto the expansive lower deck with lovely views from the HOT TUB! One floor down from here you will find our new Fire pit deck with a 6 ft gas fire pit, 8 Adirondack chairs, 4 Adirondack rocking chairs, ring toss, jumbo jenga, and outdoor connect 4\. All three deck levels feature string lights for atmosphere in the evenings. The game room features a lovely bar with a sink and full-size refrigerator, pool table, Shuffleboard, 2 multi-arcades, Golden Tee, game table, two 4k TVs, board/card games, and ample seating. This cabin has FIVE KING SUITES and Two Bunk Rooms. Each of the 7 Bedroom Suites has its own 4k TV and full bathroom with luxury showerheads. There are luggage racks in each bedroom with hairdryers in each bath. The master king suite is on the main level, which is great for older family members who may not wish to navigate stairs as often. This master suite has a Tempurpedic mattress. The other 4 king bedrooms & bunk beds all have MEMORY FOAM mattresses for a great night's sleep. Very fast Wi-Fi and streaming services are provided throughout. The laundry room features a washer and dryer. Each floor has an iron and ironing board for convenience. All of the rooms had private restrooms which was a major plus and the property concierge was very attentive to our needs. Guests should be prepared to navigate the sharp curves of the mountains and the steep driveway, but I would not let that deter me from the property. ##### Melissa N. It is very close to town. The views are amazing. My grandsons and kids played games and we enjoyed the hot tub. So spacious. Great stay! The location was great not too high but high enough that you have a great view. The driveway was a little tight for our vans though. We really enjoyed our family inside of the cabin and the views were absolutely awesome.. The only negative is the dangerous road getting up to the cabin, there were only one guardrail on the curvey road and the rest was left to chance of safely staying on the road and if you had to swirve for a second you would plunge down a very steep hill. The driveway was also devastating at firs, but I braved it to go back and forth Iwthanything out of fear and the stipe hill. ##### Yvette N. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from town and the grocery store, with incredible views overlooking the area. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our large family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the day. Parking took a little getting used to for us Floridians more familiar with straight roads, but it wasn’t a big issue. This house was perfect for us, we got good use out of the hot tub and pool table, and the views were hard to beat. The location is excellent and very close to a lot of attractions. The cabin itself is cozy and spacious. We had a family of 15 and were able to fit everyone into the family room area. The home is very accommodating to families and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had to reach out to the property manager once due to a weather caused power outage and they offered to bring out flash lights and candles to us, however the power was quickly restored. Owner was very quick to respond. Drive and parking area very steep and it was difficult to get 5-6 cars in. There is a need for more teaspoons as mostly had tablespoons. You cannot have a more convenient location to downtown gatlinburg, while also having incredible views. The house itself is spacious and clean and gorgeous and had every amenity we needed.
