Right up the hill 1 mile from Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, or avoid the traffic and come in/out the back way on the Bypass when things are busy. Recently remodeled, Luxurious Castle of a Cabin with amazing views of the mountains AND downtown Gatlinburg from 3 levels of newly renovated decks will make you "King of the Mountain". Now with a new open floor plan kitchen with a view, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, and new flooring throughout. The Game room has two 4k TVs, a new bar, a pool table, shuffleboard, 2 multi-arcades, Golden Tee, a Playstation 4, a game table, & a full-size refrigerator. King of the Mountain also features a new Fire pit deck with a 6 ft gas fire pit, 8 Adirondack chairs, 4 Adirondack rocking chairs, Corn Hole, ring toss, jumbo Jenga, and outdoor connect 4\. The large vaulted living and dining areas have incredible floor-to-ceiling views with lots of seating for a large family or group by a lovely stacked stone gas fireplace. The massive 75-inch 4k HD TV with Blu-ray player can be easily viewed from anywhere in the living and dining areas, or the poker table on the loft above the living area! The remodeled, spacious kitchen with Granite counters and Stainless appliances is fully stocked with everything needed to cook for your group. The kitchen area provides seating for 12 people and the dining area provides seating for 15 more. From the kitchen, dining, or living rooms, step out onto the expansive upper deck overlooking the mountain views and downtown Gatlinburg. Grill up your favorite meal on the large Weber gas grill or relax at one of the tables as you take it all in. From any of the downstairs bedrooms or game room, step out onto the expansive lower deck with lovely views from the HOT TUB! One floor down from here you will find our new Fire pit deck with a 6 ft gas fire pit, 8 Adirondack chairs, 4 Adirondack rocking chairs, ring toss, jumbo jenga, and outdoor connect 4\. All three deck levels feature string lights for atmosphere in the evenings. The game room features a lovely bar with a sink and full-size refrigerator, pool table, Shuffleboard, 2 multi-arcades, Golden Tee, game table, two 4k TVs, board/card games, and ample seating. This cabin has FIVE KING SUITES and Two Bunk Rooms. Each of the 7 Bedroom Suites has its own 4k TV and full bathroom with luxury showerheads. There are luggage racks in each bedroom with hairdryers in each bath. The master king suite is on the main level, which is great for older family members who may not wish to navigate stairs as often. This master suite has a Tempurpedic mattress. The other 4 king bedrooms & bunk beds all have MEMORY FOAM mattresses for a great night's sleep. Very fast Wi-Fi and streaming services are provided throughout. The laundry room features a washer and dryer. Each floor has an iron and ironing board for convenience. Pack and Play is also available in the laundry room. There are 3 HOA Clubhouse/Pool locations or CHALET VILLAGE OWNERS CLUB that we are members of just a short drive away. We had family vacation with family in from all over! The cabin was even better than the pictures showed! The host was very communicative and the check in was super easy. Plenty of dishes etc for our whole group of 23\. Everything was clean and comfortable to the point where it basically became a staycation because it was so comfortable!! Easy to get to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge though. Driveway is steep but we had no issues parking multiple suvs. Game room was epic and we couldn’t peak the kids and teens out of it unless it was for the hot tub! Adults enjoyed the spacious living room and fire pit!! We will definitely be booking this one again! ##### Philip N. Seriously, we couldn't have picked a better spot. The location was just fantastic – so convenient for exploring, but also felt perfectly private and peaceful. And the views? Oh my goodness, they were truly breathtaking; we spent so much time just soaking them in.It really felt like they thought of every single detail a family could possibly need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Everything was so well-equipped, and it made our trip totally seamless. The cabin easily accommodated our large group, and the space was perfect for gathering and relaxing. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and we even spotted a bear, which made the trip even more memorable!The location is ideal, just a short drive from Main Street, yet peaceful and private enough to really enjoy the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. We had a wonderful experience with this owner and property. Communication was great from the start. The property was well-stocked and clean when we arrived. Any issues were handled with great care and speed. And we all had a great time together . Lots of fun things to do. Everyone saw a bear in the woods. We researched MANY properties in the Gatlinburg/ Pigeon Forge area and chose this one mainly because of the bedroom configurations which was an excellent choice. Having 2 bunk rooms - some queen sized - meant that parents did not have to have kids staying in their room with them. One of my kids chose to stay in a bunk room with his daughter and was very comfortable. The other major plus was having a full bath in every bedroom. Like others have said, the driveway is very steep and actually scared me. I couldn't look. But that would not deter me from returning. In fact, the entire group said that they would want to stay there again in the future as it was really perfect for all of us (7 adults, 6 littles). My son reported that his 3 year old repeatedly lamented on the drive home that she didn't want to go home, she wanted to stay at her vacation house. :) ##### Kim R. We really enjoyed our family inside of the cabin and the views were absolutely awesome.. The only negative is the dangerous road getting up to the cabin, there were only one guardrail on the curvey road and the rest was left to chance of safely staying on the road and if you had to swirve for a second you would plunge down a very steep hill. The driveway was also devastating at firs, but I braved it to go back and forth Iwthanything out of fear and the stipe hill. ##### Yvette N. All of the rooms had private restrooms which was a major plus and the property concierge was very attentive to our needs.
