Heavenly Heights is a spacious two-level log cabin with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a game room located in the convenient Mountain Shadows resort in Gatlinburg with swimming pool privileges nestled by the natural beauty of the Appalachians' trees and mountains, this cabin is the best of all worlds! It's located less than 8 minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and the Arts and Craft community with none of the traffic gridlock! The resort is also on the Gatlinburg Trolley route for convenience to downtown Gatlinburg without driving your car.

As you enter the main level, you will find a cozy living room area that houses a Queen Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat, TV, DVD Player, Gas Fireplace, wood flooring, ceiling fan, and spacious vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking those scrumptious meals at the cabin! The separate dining area will seat 6 people comfortably with the two benches for enjoying those meals. The Master bedroom offers a Queen Aspen Log Bed, TV, DVD Player, wood flooring, ceiling fans, and access to a private full bathroom with tile flooring.

Head on to the upper level where you will find a lofted game room area that houses a Pool Table, bench, and two bar stools. Guests will love challenging each other to a game of pool to unwind after a long day of activities. The second bedroom is located on this level and offers a comfortable Queen Aspen Log Bed, TV, VCR/DVD Player, ceiling fan, and carpet. A private full bathroom with tile flooring is found on this level. There is also a full-size washer/dryer for guest convenience!

For those guests looking to enjoy nature at its finest, you will find two covered decks on the main level. The back deck offers 2 wooden rockers, a gas grill, a patio set for 4, and a hot tub. Nice, but...
First thing we did was run the vacuum because the floor had dirt on it. Light switches were also a little grimy. Not filthy but enough to need cleaned. We fought with the cable the second day and had a tech at the cabin to look into it. Although the listing said the place had cable/satellite, it turns out the owner removed the cable from the cabin allowing only streaming services, which weren't provided (we had to use our own login.) Not the end of the world but, the internet was pretty sketchy and streaming skipped a lot on us. The hot tub was nice the first time, the second time the water depleted even though cover was on between uses. The third time the water for some reason was only 93 degrees it was November so it wasn't comfortable. The pool table is usable but very unlevel. The listing pictures are taken at precise angles to not show your neighbors,they are way to close on each side. Also the driveway entry was steep and not lit with a sharp turn. This wasn't the worst stay but definitely not the best. There were bears in the neighborhood so that was nice and a lot of stuff to do around town. Wouldnt stay again at that cabin.

Fees are for nothing
Every dish was greasy and dirty. We had to rewatch everything before using. No basics like salt and pepper or coffee samples. Nothing. Two half rolls of toilet paper and no extra. I’m not sure honestly what the fees are for. I cleaned when I left. Very little of the hospitality aspect. Wouldn’t choose this one again.

Truly home away from home
Upon arrival the process to getting checked in was great. They followed through with how the process truly went. At the arrival it still stayed simple and everything was there as listed. The property was clean and everything we hoped for. (Actually much bigger than we anticipated) Checkout: was great and the process was super easy. The day before check out they’ll text you with instructions on how to do so.

Cabin in the woods
As advertised. Off the beaten path to downtown Gatlinburg but that is what we wanted. There are a few close shops and other helpful spots close by. The access to the Park was great. Would stay again.

Mattresses are so old and uncomfortable. The ceiling fan was stuck on high. Couches are old.
Need to update mattresses and pillows. Couches are so old and hard. Ceiling fan stuck on high upstairs. No screens in windows to let in fresh air.

Would stay again
Cabin was very clean and checking in and out was easy. The listing does not show how close you are to the other cabins and there was no wash cloths only 4 towels. Wouldn’t be bad if we weren’t also using them for the hot tub. There is a washer and dryer if you needed to replace wash them. Overall it was great.
