Big spacious condo, but needs uodating. Faux leather couch and love seat badly cracking, pillows ripped, and dings in walls. Needs painting. No hangers provided nor did can openers work. Signage to find the property, especially in the dark, was poor. Having said that, the location is excellent and the condo did provide plenty space to spend quality time with family. I would recommend but maybe another unit on the property.

I love the seclusion of this property yet it is close to everything in Gatlinburg. It is a split bedroom condo so you have privacy. The kitchen was stocked so you can cook during your stay. I was very pleased with this property and I would definitely stay again.

The roads lead to the condos are a bit scary if you're not used to driving around the mountains. Very quiet place and we loved it here!

Bring your own couch & loveseat!
This was a lovely setting & it would have been much better if we could have used the sofa & love seat in lvg room! They were both sagging, lacked padding, & had the faux leather peeling constantly. They weren't comfortable enough to sit on for a movie on tv, reading a book, or to lie on! At the price I paid, and from the pics online, it was NOT as advertised.

Dilapidated furniture made sitting in livingroom very uncomfortable.
This is w/o the blanket used over cushions to avoid the brown peeling faux leather on clothes.

This is a nice place to stay. Very quiet, nothing to do so don't take any kids with you. I didn't rank this place high because our unit had some problems. There was no remote to work the DVD player. There was a dirty towel hanging up behind the toilet in the master bath. The floor has some soft, sinking spots in it especially in front of the washer and dryer area. Stainless steel sinks in the bathrooms just don't go. The lighting in the master bath was poor. Need a lighted makeup mirror for those of us with vision problems. Hard to see in the mirror when you don't have your contacts or glasses on. Almost lost a contact because the mirror is so far back to see in. Whoever stayed before us had used the tablespoon measure for coffee and put it back in the drawer so coffee was all over everything. I had to run everything thru the dishwasher and wipe the drawer out. The walls in several areas are either dirty or in desperate need of repainting probably both. The carpets need cleaned. The towels and pillows need replaced. Wash cloths and hand towels were very thin. Everyday you had to resign into the WiFi. There is no full length mirror. Our last night there was a group of men (at least 2) staying I think 2 floors above us in the middle that were up late. They were very noisy. They went inside after I was out on the balcony at 230am. The listing I booked from was misleading. There is not hot tub although they need one and a pool. It is out in the woods with nothing to do.
