Property is located right on the Parkway in between the Titanic and Wax Museum. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath that has been recently updated. It has a king bed in the master suite, queen sleeper sofa, and twin beds in the “bunk closet”, sleeping a total of 6 people. There is one full bathroom in the master suite. It has tile floors with a separate garden tub and shower, and a dual vanity with hairdryer. Half bath is next to the “bunk closet” in the main living area. Kitchen is stocked for all your basic cooking needs. There is also a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. The property has an outdoor pool, great for smaller children, along with an indoor pool and hot tub. The unit is located in Building 1, on the second floor beside the elevator. The unit is complete handicapped accessible with 3 ft doors and very spacious at 932 sq ft. \*\*\*As with MOST sofa sleepers, they are best if used by smaller adults and children. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Unfortunately, the French doors in the main bedroom were only held in place by white duct tape. I can’t say with complete confidence (because I didn’t take the duct tape off to look), but I suspect that the weatherstripping had been removed from the door unit, because it sounded like we were sleeping in the infield of a nascar race.
