ER104, R Tribe's Treehouse, is a beautifully decorated, three level log cabin offering 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Jacuzzi, and Game Room nestled in a natural wooded setting in a log cabin community with swimming pool privileges offering seasonal mountain views within minutes to all the action of the Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Guests will love the feeling of being tucked away but yet close to all the action!
As you enter the main level, you will find a spacious living room area that offers a sofa sleeper, two easy chairs, gas fireplace, TV, DVD Player, ceiling fan, and wood flooring. Guests will love the vaulted ceilings and large windows to view the natural scenery! There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and 8 bar stools with a separate dining room area that will comfortably seat 8 with wood flooring. There are two queen bedrooms on this level with a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, and carpet. One of the bedrooms has a private full bathroom. There is another full bathroom on this level as well for guest convenience!
Head on to the upstairs where you will find the Master Bedroom which houses a luxurious King bed, bedside Jacuzzi, TV, and a private full bathroom with a stand up shower only. There is also a lofted sitting room area that offers a Twin Daybed Trundle.
Continue on down to the lower level where you will find a game room offering a queen sleeper sofa, card/game table for 4, TV, Pool Table, Multicade System, Wet Bar, Refrigerator, Sound Bar System, and wood flooring. Guests will love the cozy furnishings that invite to relax and sit back or challenge each other to a game of pool in the game room! There are two more bedrooms on this level. One King bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, and wood flooring and one Queen bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, and wood flooring. A full bathroom is located on this level. A full size washer and dryer can also be found on this level in a separate laundry room.
For those guests looking to enjoy nature at its finest, you will find covered partial screened wraparound main level deck that offers a gas grill, covered screened area that houses a cedar wooden swing, 2 cedar rockers, patio set for 6, and two ceiling fans. Guests will love the screened in deck area with all the comforts and privacy! The covered lower level deck houses the hot tub and with privacy louvers, 2 cedar rockers, and a patio set for 4. Guests will love sitting in the rocking chairs or swing listening to the sounds of nature or soaking in the bubbling hot tub! I was a little disappointed with our stay. The first day we had some issues. The company sent someone out to fix but did not complete. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the screens were broke on the porch. The fireplace did not work. The location was nice and close to the parkway.

Nice cabin but new construction made it a noisy trip

I would definitely stay at this cabin again ! My only complaint but a big one was the new cabin being built right outside the balcony made it very noisy so sitting outside on that trip didn’t happen especially when the roof was being installed and then they showed up to cut trees down. Would have been nice to have known ahead of time so we could have been . prepared.

Our Thanksgiving Trip

Property had maintenance issues when arrived. Many lights were out in kitchen/dining area (6 of 9) out. Not enough towels for first showers. Sink nit draining. TVs not working but maintenance responded quickly. Ice maker not working in kitchen. Windows were open when we arrived so was quite cold in cabin. Reported broken window when we arrived to maintenance. Cabin needs extensive cleaning ie: main air intake in hall first floor is filthy. Also vents in basement covered with dirt. Cabin suppose to be handicap accessible but it's not! There are two steps to get on porch and one is slanted. Also first floor bathrooms have to step up and over to get in. This is not accessible. Other than these issues the cabin is very nice and we had a great time.

Good not great

The cabin is in a great location just off the main drag in Pigeon Forge. It was a good size for 7 adults and 4 kids with five full bedrooms. Our experience was fine but could’ve been great with just a bit more attention to detail. About half of the TVs in the cabin worked properly and the internet never worked during our stay (we were told there was a widespread outage, but even after that was restored we still didn’t have WiFi). Most of the lamps didn’t work. Some of the bedding had stains. Nothing that ruined our stay but again just felt like the amenities could use an update to make it a spot that we’d want to come back to.

Not clean

The cabin was beautiful, but was absolutely disgusting! Pet hair on all the furniture, carpet and floors were so dirty required shoes the entire stay, pet urine smell was overwhelming on the bottom level, dust was so bad on the ceiling fans could not use, bathrooms required cleaning before use, and worst of all the top level plumbing leaked into the bedroom below and soaked bed floor and our suitcase. This place seriously needed a deep clean before guest stay!
