It was away from the hustle and bustle of the Gatlinburg attractions. However, the cabin was dirty. All of the blinds, the ceiling fans, the bedpost and other parts of the cabin were dusty and some parts had cobwebs. The shower curtain liner had mold on it. The TV in the theater room didn’t work. I called management and reported the matter. Someone came to check out the problems. A few hours later someone else came to clean the cabin. The work was too much so he called the manager to let her know that the work was too much for one person to complete while guests were in the cabin. I was promised a refund on the cleaning fee. They didn’t address the issue with the theater room. I have read previous reviews about the cabin being dirty. I booked this cabin anyway thinking that previous reviews would prompt the manager or owner to ensure that the cabin is clean. I guess I assumed wrong.
