This hotel is directly across the road from the Dolly Stampede dinner show. Still have to drive as we wouldnt dare cross four lanes of traffic by foot. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. Check in staff very nice!

Convienant location for food and activities. Pool was great. Bed was hard and had a plastic under the sheets like you use on a toddler bed and the pillows were very flat. Adjoining room doors have gaps all the way around such that you hear every sound of your neighbors. Toilet was not level or sealed down so every time you sat on it it clanked on the floor. Felt more like a motel 6 than a Best Western.

We were there for one night only. Check in was easy, we got to our room, it was your average hotel room. Comfortable. We would stay there again next time we visit due to its perfect location; right in the mix of pigeon forge & a short drive to Gatlinburg. The breakfast was nice, nothing to fancy, small eating area but it’s included with the room so really no complaints.

Very family friendly, clean, and well maintained. Best part is the location everything is within walking distance. Indoor pool was great for the kids since most places closed by 9pm. We would definitely book again.

The room was very clean! Easy check in and out. The pool was clean and the kids loved it! There’s a Texas Roadhouse right next door and that was very convenient and Dixie stampede is right across the road!

We stayed for five nights, on the first night we woke up to banging on the wall behind our bed, I literally had to call the front desk. And on the second night I had them change the sheets due to small blood stain I didn't notice the first night but instead they changed the top sheets not the bottom sheets, when addressed about them not doing a full change they said I needed to request one since they only service the room every three days. Have in mind I did request the full service When requested they change the sheets plus they didn't replace all the towels. They just put two towels in the room rather than the 4 that were originally there. I don't know if anyone ever talks about the room amenities too.. a white bucket literally looked like a trick or treat bucket for the ice and then the quality of the toilet paper just horrible, I honestly bought our own because frankly I don't like using tissues as toilet paper. And not to mention my wife had to clean the bathtub for them since they don't know how too. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again. My wife and I travel a lot and we are always staying at different hotels/resorts and this was by far the worse.

We liked the breakfast and the staff was very friendly the room was clean. Only thing that could have been better was the indoor pool it was really cold we paid for a heated pool the water was cold and the room the swimming pool was in was cold as well I think they should have had the heat going better we like to froze lol.

We have stayed at this property before and it was very pleasant, this is why we returned.We drove 6 and a half hours for a quick overnight get away with our young daughter. Let's begin with the positives.I am a nurse and very critical on cleanliness. This hotel is very clean.From the carpet, to the bedding to the bathroom. Its spotless and smells clean.The indoor pool is small, but its warm inside the pool area.The hot tub is nice but again small.It is very convenient for the people whos rooms are within the enclosed pool area.The property is within short walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It is nice to park at the hotel, walk around and not have to fight traffic.The free breakfast is better than most hospitals we have stayed at.There is a variety of warm and cold choices.There was oatmeal,biscuits and gravy,eggs,sausage,bagels, muffins,a waffle maker,cereal different types of bread for toast,yogurt,milk,apple juice,orange juice,tea and coffee.You could choose to grab a box and return to your room or stay and have breakfast there.Now for places to improve. I will definitely say the bed was very uncomfortable.The linen was very clean but the bed was hard as a rock.It was hard to sleep.It was very noisy.There was a car that kept revving the engine and squeeling tires after 11pm.It woke my daughter up twice.I understand the property can not help the noise but they could ask guests who are extremely loud for hours, to please quiet downhThe older man at check in was r

This was our first visit to this motel and we loved it ! Super clean ! The rooms were updated and very well maintained. The indoor pool area was really nice and clean, as well as the whole outside of the property. The breakfast that was offered was really good and had a lot of options to chose from. The front desk staff was super nice and very knowledgeable!

Pleasantly surprised with this stay - our suite was much larger than expected with a true separate bedroom, breakfast was a full hot breakfast, and the hotel and grounds were very clean and well-maintained. There were people cleaning railings, pressure washing the outside trashcans, etc the entire time we were there! Pool was nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.

I look for low cost hotels that give my family a safe and nice place to stay on a very tight budget. This hotel does that. It is pretty clean. It has a breakfast with a wide variety of options. Today was sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy as well as cereals, a waffle makers, muffins breads, yogurt, etc. The room was almost twice as large as any hotel room I've ever been in, almost a suite size. This is our hotel from now on as long as the prices remain in our budget. I read many of the reviews about bugs all over (havent seen one in any area), a limited breakfast (just plain no), rude staff (three very pleasant desk attendants helping check people in as well as a maintenance guy that wished us a good morning). We paid $150. We got more than that value easily. People who have issues with this hotel are those who want $500 a night conditions for $150.

My family had a great stay. Rooms were clean pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. Only complaints room showed hardwood floors online and ours was carpeted. Im sure some are hardwood so no big deal and the breakfast area was very small got really crowded. Overall wonderful stay and plan to come back.
