With 8 bedrooms we had plenty of space to spread out. The cabin was clean and welcoming. The booking was easy and the host was extremely easy to communicate with when I had questions. The view is spectacular!! There is one bed downstairs in the Eagle room that is extremely hard and the bed squeaks. No one could sleep on that bed at all. Thankful to have extra beds in the bunk bed room. ##### Brenda M. The kitchen still had remnants of previous tenants & the plaid chair in the living room is in dire need of replacement but we had a ball!! Also nice view of mountains from decks. Plenty of beds with eight bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, cookware. The kids especially loved all the games and the pool. And the hot tub was a great hit too. We loved being away from the hubbub but close enough to spend the day at Dollywood and Anakeesta. Having 3 floors worked great for my family. Check in was easy. The only complaints we had was the pictures made the main level look more spacious in the kitchen and into the bedrooms and my mother had a walker so it was hard for her to get around like I though, but we made it work.. the only other thing was the description said jetted tubs on the main level which it did not have and it was the reason I booked this cabin instead of another one so we were disappointed about that. The house was clean and Karolina and Carlos were in contact our entire stay to see to it that we were comfortable. The king bedrooms that had trundle beds were perfect for the ones with little ones! At first I thought that it wasn’t wide open enough but once we got in the kiddos were all hanging out upstairs with games to play and downstairs with games to play while the adults were able to hang out on the main floor a lot.
