Everything in proper working order. Home was like new and very clean! The small hot tub was a great added bonus. We rented a golf cart, and had a fun time driving around the grounds and talking with other campers/owners. We loved fishing in the pond and sitting by the campfire in the evenings after exploring the Smokies all day. It was too cool for the two pools, but they were both beautiful and exceptionally clean! The electric “fireplace” in the main upstairs bedroom made it super cozy to snuggle in for the night. It was nice to be able to escape the hustle of downtown Gatlinburg. The king bed had what the called stairs. Ladder at best. Extremely narrow open to get into the loft space. The square footage was listed as over 4000\. It was 400 square feet. The entrance was a wobbly set of stairs. Not conducive to bringing anything in. Not that you can bring much in. We immediately decided not to stay. It was not designed for plus size people or anyone with any type of mobility issues. None are f that was listed in description ##### Angela B.
