While access is typically easy, we recommend a 4x4 vehicle for added confidence during winter months or rainy weather. Other Things to Note: • Guests must be 21 years or older to book this cabin. • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved and easy to navigate, but weather conditions in the Smokies can change quickly. • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting. • A Keurig coffee maker is provided and works with both K-Cups and ground coffee—please bring your preferred coffee. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
