Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this condo. • Sleeps 4 guests maximum. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved, but weather conditions can vary. • Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (typically Oct–Mar). • Coffee maker is both Keurig and drip—please bring your own coffee. • Condo is on the 2nd floor with elevator access from the parking lot. • Laundry facilities are coin-operated and located on the 1st floor. • The outdoor pool is managed by the HOA and typically operates from Memorial Day to late August. Dates are subject to change and may be affected by maintenance out of our control. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. It is walking distance from downtown with back stairs that lead to the middle of Gatlinburg….directly across the street from Walgreens (in case you forgot anything) and several great restaurants on the strip. It is also within a few miles of the main entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (which is why we booked this rental). My husband and I had a great time staying here! The wood walls make it feel like you are staying in a pretty cabin. We took advantage of the balcony views in the morning….hiked during the day ….and enjoyed coming back to our cozy condo in the evenings to unwind.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! The host kept us updated well and the line of communication was very clear. The unit was clean upon arrival. We always had a parking space and walking to downtown Gatlinburg was pretty easy for us. We stayed for 5 nights and were mostly out and about, but if we needed to stay in the TVs and wifi worked well. It was nice being able to sit on the balcony and see the mountains in the distance. The location was very convenient and close to the Gatlinburg downtown area, which worked out very well being able to walk to everything. The propery manager (Chris) was very easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. ##### Doug H. We parked our car and walked to anything in downtown Gatlinburg. Only using our car ti go to Pigeon Forge or into the park. The unit was clean and as promised in the listing. ##### Jean C. We did wish the trolley had a stop for the condo, just because my husband is disabled and it would have been nice not to pay for parking everyday. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. There was a stairway down to a side street that takes you down to the main strip it was about a 7 min walk and was so nice to not have to drive because traffic got crazy down there! The condo was very well cleaned and stocked with kitchen supplies.
