This beautiful renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 7 to 8 guest and offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. Located just steps from the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, it's the ideal home base for your mountain get-a-way. The master bedroom has one king bed. The large master bath has a step-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. The front guest bedroom has two queen beds, with an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. The spacious upstairs loft bedroom, the Fox Den, has a queen bed with an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. Four televisions are included, one in the living room area and one each in the three bedrooms. Our fully equipped kitchen has glassware, cookware, dishes, silverware and utensils and full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Reviewer Comments: We stay here every year for so many reasons, first the people working at the desk have been there for years and are super nice, it is clean, way more for your money, 3 bedrooms have upstairs downstairs love it, great view of the stream and listening to it at night, pool is kept clean along with the jacuzzi, have seen bears walking down the creek, can walk to parkway without having to loose your breathe along the way, Trolley stop is there also, great location, has everything you need in the condo, can even request more towels if needed, big balcony, sometimes will offer free show tickets, after having night fun with moonshine tasting no worries of having to drive home in the dark up a mountain, can walk or need be take a uber. The location is good and walking distance to Parkway which is one reason we chose it, plus there was room for all of us. We did enjoy the back balcony which overlooks a river stream. However this place could use a remodel. Leather sectional is uncomfortable, coming apart and stained. All the beds need to be updated the mattress are saggy and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat.
