"Too of the Mountain to you!" will provide your group with comfort, peace, and breath taking views. The large multilevel deck allows your group to spread out to take in the scenery, play a game of corn hole, or to join together for a meal under the charming string lights. You can soak in the 4 seat hot tub while enjoying the majesty of the mountains. Just off the lower level deck is a beautiful wood burning fire pit facing the stunning mountain views. The well-appointment kitchen lends to fabulous home cooked meals, or grill those fish you caught on the brand new charcoal park style grill. The long wood dining table is set for 8 with extra seating in the living room for more diners. The living space is open to the kitchen and dining spaces and is furnished with comfortable pieces to maintain the cabin's charm and add a modern touch to this classic space. Check out the bench seating in the living room for a poker set and tons of fun board games for your group! The first floor hosts a master bedroom with king bed, closet, and en suite full bath. The second level has two bedrooms each with a king bed. One has an en suite full bathroom and the other has a Jack-and-Jill style full bathroom shared with the bunk/bonus room. One king bedroom on the second floor has a dedicated work space. The bonus room has a pull out couch and a twin over full bunk bed. There is a brand new 9 foot shuffleboard table and foosball table. Behind the bunk are magnatiles, kids books, duplo legos, and some toys. Three brand new full bathrooms boast luxurious showers, one with bath tub. New washer and dryer units are in the home for your use. This cabin is the perfect spot when our family of 6 stays with a second family, but it’s also our preferred cabin when my wife and I visit without the kids due to the amazing views and peaceful surroundings. The Cobbly Nob community offers complimentary access to three outdoor pools (Memorial Day to Labor Day), pickleball courts, and paid access to Bent Creek Golf Course (located in Cobbly Nob). Cobbly Nob has its own security as well. This cabin is located in East Gatlinburg removed enough from the tourist activities to be peaceful, but still with driving access to all the fun amenities Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. The drive up the mountain is well worth the views once you hit the top! The back of the cabin butts up to undeveloped mountains and the upstairs balcony at night was magical! We saw multiple shooting stars every night and even a bear in the backyard several nights. We also saw a big giant black bear at the bottom of the mountain one day. Kids can’t stop talking about the bears and shooting stars! There was so much for them to do in the upstairs game room when we weren’t out exploring. However, those weren’t under the control of our host! Everything else was simply perfect. I particularly liked the “starter pack” of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. We have rented lots of beach houses in the past that could have used this idea so I didn’t have to pack those on top of everything else in the car. The drive up to the house was steep, but directions were great and the roads were paved. How else would you get up to the elevation that had such gorgeous views? The cabin was clean, comfortable, and decorated with just the right touches. I almost hate for the word to get out because it will make it so much harder to book in the future! This cabin is the perfect retreat from the hustle & bustle of downtown Gatlinburg, yet still close enough to visit all of the attractions. My husband was disappointed that we didn’t see any bears, me not so much. But, on our last night driving back up to the cabin, we got to see a mama bobcat & two babies! One of the highlights of our trip! I recommend staying here 10 out of 10\. This cabin was everything and more we were looking for when booking our trip. It started from the very beginning with great communication from the owners about our stay, they were very helpful and informative. We couldn’t have picked a cabin with better views, from both of the decks, the hot tub and the fire pit. We spent most of our time outside enjoying all of those things, but the inside was amazing as well. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, which made packing so easy! The games and arcade were loved by the kids and adults and we had plenty of room to spread out and be comfy. We made it to the pool nearest to us several times, and the kids loved saying they got to swim in the mountains. This cabin is adorable and new, just as the pictures represent. I have stayed in multiple VRBO properties in multiple locations and was pleasantly surprised at how nice and new everything in the cabin was; you can tell this is a family that likes nice things when they stay at their property. I typically travel with the essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags because you either never receive enough for your stay or what is provided is the cheapest quality possible, but not here! What I brought stayed pack over our 5 night stay. The games and toys were a big hit with both the adults and kids! There was also plenty of space to gather as a group or have quiet time with your spouse. We also had everything we needed in the kitchen, again, a pleasant surprise. The cabin itself is gorgeous! The views, the decor, and just about everything else in the cabin was perfect. It has everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen was completely stocked which made cooking and grilling outside easy. There were even utensils for our two year old, talk about having everything! Our family was able to not only enjoy the cabin, and the two decks, but also the pools that were in the community, that also came with some great views. We even spotted some Bears by the house! Such a fun experience. If you’re looking to stay somewhere that is cozy, clean, and with beautiful views of the mountains this is the place! It is not a long drive to Gatlinburg and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The grill is next to the fire-pit, which makes it an ideal place to cook and hang out by the fire with friends and/or family. The back deck view is spectacular during the early morning and evening hours. In the morning, you can sit at the outside table or one of the rocking chairs and just watch the sun hit the Smokies. In the evening, you can sit in the hot tub and watch the sun go down. Overall, it was a very tranquil setting. The homeowner was responsive to all messages and was willing to take care of any issues that arose during my family’s stay. If you are looking for a good place to hang out with your family/friends in Gatlinburg, I would definitely choose this cabin. ##### Linnis H.
