LeConte and Gatlinburg! Pool and Hot tub are now open! If you are looking for Mountain views and a place close to downtown Gatlinburg and the ski slopes then this is the condo for you! Our condo offers amazing views of Mount Leconte, Downtown Gatlinburg, and Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. The view from the balcony offer some of the best views in the summit. This condo is updated and clean, and is located above Gatlinburg at the Gatlinburg Summit. The summit is a peaceful resort featuring a year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. The Indoor pool is opened until 9:45 nightly. Bedrooms: Our unit has two Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a queen size bed with mattress pads and plenty of pillows and comfortable sheets. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both Bedrooms have TV's with Cable. Each room is nicely decorated, has flat screen smart TV's. Both rooms offer incredible views of Mt. Leconte. Bathrooms: our unit has two bathrooms that are nicely decorated with fresh clean bath towels wash clothes and hand towels. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash located in each shower. Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully functional featuring stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and cups. Other features include microwave, dishwasher and kitchen table for four. Living room: Features include comfortable leather couch and chair, throws and pillows. Nice extra seating area by the window. Centered in the living room is a cozy wood burning fireplace. 32' flat screen TV with DVD player, games and a few DVDs. Spectacular views of the mountains and of downtown Gatlinburg. Sliding glass door that leads to the balcony with amazing unobstructed views of downtown Gatlinburg, Mount Leconte and Ober Gatlinburg. The Summit is located only 3 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg and about 1.5 mile from Ober Gatlinburg Ski slopes. Area attractions are easily accessible from the Summit. Frequently asked Questions (if your question is not answered here, please feel free to message us) 1\. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you, also don't forget your beach towels for the pool and hot tubs. 2\. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish detergent, at least 2 dishwasher pods, and kitchen trash bags. 3\. What does the Kitchen include? -The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, various pots and pans, wine glasses, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Does the Complex have a grill?- Yes! there is a gas grill area next to the main clubhouse/office building. 5\. Do you allow Pets? - No. Pets are not allowed at the Summit. 6\. Is there a community club house and pool area? - Yes! the complex has a indoor pool area with two hot tubs, and a game room. There is also a seasonal outdoor pool available for guest use. The community club house also has a small game room and a coin laundry. 7\. Do you provide fire wood?- No, be sure to pick up some, as well as starter logs at the onsite club house/office area during regular business hours, Firewood is $6.00 a bundle, the grocery store or gas station on your way in. 8\. When will I get the address and access infromation to the Condo? - We will message the door code, and directions at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date. 9\. What time is Check in and Check out? - You can check in any time after 3PM and you must check out prior to 11 am on the day of your departure. 10\. What type of internet do you provide? - We provide unlimited gigabit internet with wi-fi. 11\. Are there any days where check-in or Check-out is not permitted?- The only two days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. \*\*10% off rental rate for Active Military (email for discount)\*\* Only 10% down is required to hold your reservation. We saw a few bears from the deck and in the parking lot. The interior has comfortable beds and an updated feel. The location is nice for getting to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Laundry facilities are in a common area and the front desk is not always open so bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. The condo easily allows noise from neighbors above and to the side of you in. We only had trouble with this two times though. ##### Matthew M. We were unexpectedly snowed in & the property owner made it so easy to book a last minute extra night ! The views are to die for ! Nice and clean. We loved watching the sunrise over the mountain in the morning. The little space by the Window was so cute!! A little smaller than expected. Owners ask not to move furniture, but the closet in the double room is barely accessible. Missing the little touches to make it homey. ##### Trisha M. You’re literally on top of the mountain so you can’t beat the phenomenal views of Mt. LeConte and Gatlinburg. Nice pool and hot tub. Very cute and comfortable property. The two downfall’s I would say that for one it was pretty dusty. Mostly light fixtures and vents. All surfaces were clean though. The second would be they didn’t supply enough towels. We had a great stay, nicely decorated place. ##### Brooke L.
