\- Please note that the hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.  
  
\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.  
  
\- No RV or Trailer parking.  
  
\- The Fireplace is only operational from October 1 - April 1.  
  
\-This property is part of the Chalet Village Community and has access to their community pools.  
  
Please Note:   
  
\- Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.  
  
\- Pool Hours are 9 am to 9 pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open.  
  
\- South Baden Pool and Facilities are closed on Tuesdays. It is located at 1319 South Baden Drive. The South Baden Clubhouse is wheelchair accessible.  
  
\- North Pool hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. It is closed on Wednesdays. It is located on the corner of Wiley Oakley and Village Loop. You may check this for the exact location, 705 Village Loop Road.   
  
\- Alpine Pool is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
