They responded within minutes and provided the information needed to arrive, gain entry, and have a good stay. The views from the condo were excellent off the back porch.The amenities were as described. For the most part the condo was clean and maintained. The condo is located on the bottom floor of the building so there was some noise from the two levels above.The condo had a nice layout with a master bedroom and interior bathroom and another bedroom with a bathroom located in the common hallway.The location is perfect—close enough to downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains that we could explore easily, but far enough away that we had total privacy. ##### ted t.
