Great place to stay. Nicer than I expected. Balcony was a nice touch. My only complaint is that there was a bear blocking the entrance late at night and I understand that is common for the area when I called the front desk multiple times - no one answered. After the bear left and I got in - I mentioned it to the desk worker and he said that he saw it on the camera. He also saw us waiting in the distance and didn't do anything about it.

The pool and the lazy river were great! The Hot Tub jets didn't always work. The temperature were fantastic though. The room was fabulous though. Clean and the air worked wonderfully. We would definitely stay there again!

Room did not have exhaust in the bathroom causing smoke alarm to go off. Also the floor carpet was damp and smelly. Breakfast area was too small compared to number of guests. Had to wait for 10 mins to get your turn. Apart from this, room was neat and clean. Will not consider for staying again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great and the kids enjoyed the lazy river and big pool. The hotel was quiet and clean. The area was within walking distance to downtown and not busy. The breakfast was good/hot but the seating area is very limited. A minus for us though was room service didn’t come get old towels or take trash out on our two night stay, which is think they’d atleast take trash out.
