We had no air conditioning or heating the entire stay. When I reached out to the property manager I was given the same response over and over with no solution ever settled. On day 3 they finally delivered 1 portable a/c unit and a dehumidifier that didn’t help really at all. I will never recommend or stay here again or at any Haven property. Also our original check in code didn’t work and had to use an alternate code. Jun 23, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location #### Needs a bit of TLC, listing needs updating as well I just wanted to tell you about my recent experience staying at one of your properties. First, the patio isn’t wrap around as the listing describes, but it was nice sized, not “wrap around”.The WiFi was weak (the only way to watch tv), the carpets need cleaning or replacing, and the walls need attention. We had trouble finding bathroom hardware, and there were some scuffs and marks on the walls. Also, the listing showed a coffee pot, but when we requested one, we never heard back. Luckily, some friends of ours staying in the same building had an extra we could borrow. Plus, the property management owns several other condos in the building, and our friends were in one that had been updated and looked much better. They paid much less than we did, and that was disappointing.Another thing to keep in mind is that it looks like there’s no direct elevator access to the condo. You need to take stairs to get in, so anyone in a wheelchair or with similar mobility issues may have trouble getting to the condo. It’s something to consider that needs to be put in the list to help them plan their vacation.In the end, it was an okay place to stay because it was close to where we needed to be for our event. But I can’t recommend staying at this condo in the future. And I would add that we searched the reviews and found a similar complaint from 2023\. Nov 22, 2023 Liked: Communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy #### Issues \*Unable to check in until 5pm because cleaning crew wasn’t done. \*Door code would not work \*Floors and rugs were not vacuumed \*Dead bugs on all windowsills \*Placemats on the table were dirty \*No dish soap was provided \*Only 3 coffee cups ( there were 4 of us) \*Kitchen utensils were not clean \*Only one dish tab was provided \*Only one trash bag was provided \*Ironing board provided but no iron \*Very low water pressure in both showers \*Some of the lamps in both bedrooms were not working \*Carpet in master bedroom badly stained \*Smoke alarm in master bedroom went off several times for no reason at odd hours (no smokers in our group) \*Bathroom fan in master bedroom is EXTREMELY loud \*Bathroom fan in guest bedroom not working \*Toilet seat in guest bathroom is falling off \*No soap or shampoo provided in guest bathroom \*Electrical outlet by bed in guest bedroom not working \*Shower head in guest bathroom sprays sporadically - almost nonfunctional This is the first time we’ve used Vrbo - what a disappointing experience ! ##### John B.
