We had no air conditioning or heating the entire stay. When I reached out to the property manager I was given the same response over and over with no solution ever settled. On day 3 they finally delivered 1 portable a/c unit and a dehumidifier that didn’t help really at all. I will never recommend or stay here again or at any Haven property. Also our original check in code didn’t work and had to use an alternate code. First, the patio isn’t wrap around as the listing describes, but it was nice sized, not “wrap around”.The WiFi was weak (the only way to watch tv), the carpets need cleaning or replacing, and the walls need attention. We had trouble finding bathroom hardware, and there were some scuffs and marks on the walls. Also, the listing showed a coffee pot, but when we requested one, we never heard back. Luckily, some friends of ours staying in the same building had an extra we could borrow. Plus, the property management owns several other condos in the building, and our friends were in one that had been updated and looked much better. They paid much less than we did, and that was disappointing.Another thing to keep in mind is that it looks like there’s no direct elevator access to the condo. You need to take stairs to get in, so anyone in a wheelchair or with similar mobility issues may have trouble getting to the condo. It’s something to consider that needs to be put in the list to help them plan their vacation.In the end, it was an okay place to stay because it was close to where we needed to be for our event. But I can’t recommend staying at this condo in the future. And I would add that we searched the reviews and found a similar complaint from 2023\. Condo has potential, if these suggestions were considered. ##### Candy A.
