 Fox Haven isn’t just a cabin—it’s your family’s front-row seat to the Smoky Mountains. Perched high on the mountainside with year-round access, every window and every deck gives you breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte and the rolling peaks beyond. Covered parking makes arrivals easy, while the mountain backdrop turns even the simplest moments—morning coffee, family dinners, stargazing—into something unforgettable.  
  
Fox Haven was designed with families and friends in mind. Sleeping 8, it offers 1 king suite with a walk-in closet, 2 queen bedrooms, a cozy bunk room, 3 bathrooms (2 with double vanities), and a queen sleeper sofa. There’s space for everyone to relax, recharge, and gather together.

Using the hot tub is entirely at your own risk.  
  
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If our cleaners detect any signs of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged.  
  
Please adhere to our check-in and check-out timings. Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs are prohibited and will incur additional charges. If the guest fails to vacate the property on time, a fee of $50.00 will be charged for the first half-hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half-hour.  
  
Due to Mother Nature's unpredictability, we do not provide refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, power outages, or events beyond our control. We highly recommend guests to purchase travel insurance.  
  
Although we love our furry friends, we have a strict no-pets policy on the premises. If our cleaners discover any violation of this rule, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500.  
  
An outdoor security camera monitoring the driveway operates 24/7, recording movement and sound solely for safety reasons. Be reassured that there are NO indoor cameras or cameras pointing towards the front or back of the house, preserving your privacy.
