Those earth tones, textures and an awesome buck lamp...hey, there's a shag rug! You've found the perfect place to spend the 70s as you ponder wearing bell-bottoms to hike LeConte, "Godfather Part II", Watergate and how the internet might be in 40 years or so. You can think of whatever sitting on the retro deck chairs looking straight at the park. Or don't think at all and dream on the bed. You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs! This is a studio loft condo designed for 2 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies like it looked in 1974\. However, it's totally today with your own private wifi and cable TV. There is a coffee maker and a kitchenette, so you can enjoy a home cooked meal. The condo is located on the 1st of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in next to the window. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31\. This unit is on the 1st of 3 floors. NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed. We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. The view of the sunrise from the balcony was spectacular. We were only at the condo during the early morning and returned around 10pm each night for a little rest and relaxation. This place was amazing. It was very cozy. It had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I saw so many bears on property as well as on the drive up. The balcony was so enjoyable, especially for sunrise! Having a kitchen in unit and laundry onsite was wonderful. Also, I appreciated the quiet hours, and it really was quiet even during the day! It was a convenient drive into the park or Gatlinburg.
