We had a minor issue with the cleaning crew and the property manager was quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg, but enough of a drive away that it was the perfect relaxing cabin to return to after a long hike or a day site seeing. The cabin was very all decorated for the holiday season and was very clean . There are enough pots and pans to make full meals and a grocery run in 5 mins away . so we ended up eating a lot at the cabin .Arcade machine and the board games were big hit with the kids .PS: The direction on google map was inaccurate for this address and had to switch to apple map for navigation to the right spot . ##### Raj N. Every room had that cabin feeling we were looking for. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
