This was a fantastic location for both. Was able to get right in the park, no matter what the traffic was like in the middle of Gatlinburg. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need, may need sugar if you use sugar for anything. We especially liked the convenience of having a short walk to the Convention Center and a good parking space as well as an elevator.
