I called the help number, and she reissued a new number, and we were in. I'm sure the problem was with me not properly opening the door. Plenty of room for everyone and had everything we might need and several bonuses like a pool table and hot tub. It has a perfect location very close to attractions but just far enough away that we were able to see a bear one morning as we were heading out. I would highly recommend this cabin. ##### Gregg R. It was clean and had all the amenities it said it offered online. We enjoyed relaxing at the cabin. I have to commend the property owner for the guidance and communication they give. We loved the location and proximity to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom had mold, so I ended up buying bleach and cleaning it. There were no cleaning supplies provided. Nor was there enough toilet paper (we bought some), paper towels and bath towels. One towel each is not enough for a week’s stay.
