Upon reserving I received an email saying my reservation wasn't confirmed and within 24-48 I'd receive an email from Oak Sq. I never did. I called Oak Sq directly and an older man answered and was rude. The week of our stay we still had no confirmation so we called again. Upon arrival (410pm) after a 7 hour drive, we arrive to find the main office closed with a sign saying "Will Return at 5pm). Check in is after 3pm so for them to close from 4-5 to go get lunch is unacceptable. Better planning on managements part is needed. The room was good for what we paid for. The biggest negatives were the fridge froze our drinks and the living room didn't get warm unless the thermostat was at 77,which meant we were sweating in the bedroom! ##### Thomas A. My husband and I spent our 35th anniversary weekend in Gatlinburg at Tommy and Betty's condo. The property is exactly as described; it had everything we needed for our stay. The unit was spotless. The location can't be beat. Numerous restaurants within walking distance of condo and the Ober Gatlinburg Tram is across the street. Would recommend you give this location a try. Wonderful value for the money.
